About Our Client
Our client is reshaping consumer finance by bringing a more humane approach to the industry. Their data-driven products help financial institutions modernize collections, giving borrowers clear, compassionate paths to regain stability and control over their finances. Beyond expanding access to credit, the mission is to restore dignity and give millions of people a real opportunity to achieve financial freedom.
About the Role
Our client is building 鶹ýӳ agents that go beyond assistance — they take action. Autonomously. At scale. Across the most pivotal moments in the product experience. This role owns the strategy, quality, and business impact of that system, and shapes how the entire organization builds with 鶹ýӳ moving forward.
You will design how 鶹ýӳ agents reason, decide, and execute across complex workflows, then build the infrastructure that makes them reliable, measurable, and continuously improving. You’ll challenge assumptions about what agents can become, introduce product rigor to a space where speed has been the priority, and establish the bar that other PMs work toward.
Early traction and strong conviction are already in place. What’s needed is a staff PM who turns that foundation into a platform — one that broadens what 鶹ýӳ agents can own, speeds up how quickly they ship, and meaningfully reshapes unit economics.
Key Responsibilities
鶹ýӳ agent strategy. You own the roadmap — not a feature backlog, but a sequenced, opinionated strategy tied directly to business outcomes. You’ll decide what to build in-house, what to buy, and when to switch vendors as the landscape evolves. You’ll anticipate product, technical, and regulatory constraints 6–12 months out and design around them before they become blockers. Product, Engineering, Operations, and GTM leadership will rely on you as a thought partner who challenges assumptions and pushes the engagement strategy to be more ambitious through 鶹ýӳ agents.
Agent quality and pace of iteration. You’ll define what “good” means for 鶹ýӳ agents across prompt engineering, conversation design, and real-world performance — and build the evaluation frameworks to measure it. You’ll own the full agent UX: conversation flows, authentication, multi-topic handling, all crafted for user trust and measurable conversion outcomes. You’ll work with Legal and Compliance to develop patterns that keep things compliant without slowing the team down.
Revenue impact. You’ll prioritize the campaigns and workflows that maximize operational efficiency while driving incremental revenue. You’ll partner with GTM to expand adoption across segments and convert agent performance into top-line growth.
How the company builds with 鶹ýӳ — beyond this role. You’ll create the playbooks, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering standards, and vendor assessment criteria that let other PMs ship 鶹ýӳ features without you in the room. You’ll build 鶹ýӳ fluency across Operations, GTM, Legal, and leadership so the organization makes sharper decisions about where 鶹ýӳ fits.
